AI-powered growth & automation for local businesses.

Most local businesses don't have a marketing problem — they have an operations problem. Missed calls, no follow-up, no reviews coming in, work scattered across five tools. Every one of those is lost revenue and hours you're not getting back. I build the AI systems that quietly close those gaps — so customers stop slipping through the cracks, and the business grows without needing more of your time.

  • Built for local businesses of every kind — service, trade, retail, professional, and public sector
  • Every build starts with your biggest problem first, so you only pay for what you actually need
  • No one answers after hours A chatbot answers instantly
  • Manual follow-up Automatic follow-up
  • Scattered tools & spreadsheets One system, one dashboard
  • Buried in admin More time with your actual customers
  • Chasing reviews Reviews requested automatically

And if your problem isn't on this list? It's probably still fixable.

What I build

Systems, not one-off deliverables

No two builds look the same — what you need depends on how your business runs. What doesn't change is the approach: find what's costing you the most, then fix it with AI. Here's the kind of work that usually comes out of it.

Websites that actually convert

Fast, modern sites built to turn visitors into booked jobs — not digital business cards. Built to capture and respond to a lead the moment it comes in, day or night.

More reviews, more customers

An automated system asks every happy customer for a review, and quietly handles unhappy ones before they ever hit Google. More reviews means more trust, better visibility, and more customers finding you first.

Workflow automation

Your process, connected end to end. One step finishes, the next one fires automatically — so nothing gets re-typed, dropped, or forgotten.

Marketing that runs itself

Visibility and follow-up set up to happen on their own — so growth doesn't depend on you finding the time to keep up with it.

Operations streamlining

I map how work actually moves through your business and cut the steps that shouldn't exist. What's left gets documented and simplified, so the business runs the same way whether you're there or not.

Selected work

Built, running, and still working

Recent builds — what was broken, what I built, and what changed.

Great to work with. The site was live in under a week and saved us a lot of time at a point in the campaign when we didn't have any to spare.
— B.B., Senate Candidate

Campaign website for a local senate candidate

Problem
A campaign runs against a date that doesn't move. The candidate needed a credible public presence quickly — somewhere voters could read the platform and supporters could get in touch — without waiting on a long web project.
What I built
A fast, mobile-first campaign site covering platform, background, and clear ways to make contact, built to stay up and load quickly during the traffic spikes that follow events and press coverage.
Result
Live in under a week — including the back-and-forth revisions with the client.

How it works

Four simple steps

No jargon, no long contracts. You should know exactly what's happening and why at every stage.

  1. 1

    Audit

A free 30-minute call. We find where time, money, and customers are actually leaking — usually somewhere you've stopped noticing.

  2. 2

    Map

You get a written plan: what I'd fix, what I'd build, the timeline, and the price. Sometimes that's one system, sometimes it's several — you see the full scope before anything starts.

  3. 3

    Build

I build and connect everything the plan calls for, then test it against how your business actually works — not a demo version of it.

  4. 4

    Maintain

I keep it running — monitoring it, fixing what breaks, and improving it as you grow. You get simple access to everything in one place, explained in plain English.

Result: hours back, more customers, more money — every month.

Who you're working with

Hi, I'm Raunak.

Syncro AI Systems is me. When you hire me, you work with me directly — no account manager, no junior passing your project down a chain, no agency overhead priced into your invoice.

I started this because I kept seeing good local businesses lose customers to nothing more than a missed call or a follow-up nobody had time to send. The fix is almost never more software. It's the right system, set up once, quietly running in the background — so the business stops depending on someone remembering to do the thing.

That's the whole job: find what's costing you, build the thing that fixes it, keep it running. If I don't think automation will help you, I'll tell you on the call.

What it costs

Clear pricing, agreed before any work starts

Every build is scoped to what you actually need, so there's no menu price. Here's the honest range so you know whether it's worth the call.

Free

Audit call

30 minutes, no pitch deck, no obligation. You leave with a clear read on what's costing you — whether or not you hire me.

One-time build

$250 – $5,000

Most first builds land in this range, depending on scope. You get the exact figure in writing after the audit, before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.

Ongoing

$150 – $1,000/mo

Optional. Covers monitoring, fixes, and improvements as you grow. Cancel any time — the systems stay yours either way.

Questions

The things people ask me first

If yours isn't here, ask me on the call — I'd rather answer it straight than have you guess.

How long does it take?

Most first builds go live within a few weeks of you approving the plan. Smaller automations are often done in days. You get a timeline in writing before anything starts, and I hold to it — if something slips, you hear it from me first.

Do I need to be technical?

No. That's the point. I set it up, I explain it in plain English, and I keep it running. If a system needs you to understand how it works in order to use it, I've built it wrong.

What if I already have a website?

Then we probably leave it alone. I only suggest rebuilding when the current site is actively costing you customers — and I'll show you why rather than just asserting it. Often the better move is connecting automation to the site you already have.

Who owns everything if we stop working together?

You do. Every account is in your name, every system I build for you is yours to keep, and you get documentation for how it works. Nothing is held hostage, and there's no version of this where leaving means losing what you paid for.

Will this work with the tools I already use?

Usually, yes — most common business tools connect to each other, and the goal is to work with what you have rather than make you start over. If something genuinely won't connect, I'll tell you upfront instead of pushing you to switch for my convenience.

What happens when something breaks?

I fix it. Systems are monitored, so in most cases I find out before you do. You contact me directly — not a ticket queue — and fixes are covered under ongoing maintenance.
